The workshop
‘Sail & (Re)connect’ is a 7 Day Sailing and Holistic Living Retreat interweaving movement, nature connection, and heart-body-soul nourishment.
This is an invitation to drop into to your body, ground through movement, to expand through breath and meditation and to cultivate a holistic and caring way of living and relating to nature and yourself.
The essence of this sailing journey is to return to a relational being.
Each day we will flow in joyful movement and sink into peaceful stillness creating a gentle rhythm that supports us on our personal and collective journey. We'll nourish ourselves from the inside out, honoring the earth's gifts through intentional cooking and eating but also through meditation, breath and movement practises that help us in (re)connecting more deeply and carefully to nature and our beautiful surroundings.
Sailing allows us to easily come into the present moment. Connected and held by the water day in and day out, we will embrace slowness and immerse ourselves in the beautiful nature of the Greek islands. Together we will explore hidden beaches and secluded bays and sim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean sea.
Under the guidance of Constance, this is Ava and Clara's first sailing retreat as co-fascilitators.
With this journey we wish to create a space to (re)connect, nourish and regenerate.
What you will learn
Constance will offer a personal 1 : 1 opening session (online) where you will have the chance to share your wishes and expectations of the retreat and connect to your unique intention for this soul journey. This helps us to create a bespoke offering and prepare a supportive groupfield. Together with Ava and Clara she will welcome you on board for the opening celebration!
Clara will lead daily yoga practises. Through Yang (Hatha/Vinyasa) Flows we'll connect breath to movement, inviting joy and playfulness into our practise. In Yin Yoga we'll find stillness and expansion in our bodies, welcome softness and create space for deep rest.
Ava will guide meditations and exercises for connecting more intimately with nature. Daily rituals and practises that honor the earth and the nourishment it offers to us. Practical steps you can integrate into your daily life that allows for a more rewarding and harmonious exchange with the earth.
In intentional, creative and communal cooking classes and during our daily meals together on board Ava and Clara will share their love and passion for food that nourishes us and the earth from the inside-out.
