The Retreat
Sail & Regenerate’ is a 7 Day Sailing and Holistic Living Retreat interweaving embodiment practices, meditation, nature connection, and heart-body-soul nourishment.
This is an invitation to embrace your own process of self-regeneration—to be seen, supported, and held in a nurturing space, where transformation unfolds within a heartfelt and connected group.
The essence of this sailing journey is to (re)connect to the cycles of nature and embody the principle of regeneration. Moving through the ebbs and flows, integrating the ever oscillating up and down, we’ll learn to surrender to the ancient wisdom of nature.
During our week together at sea, we will experience natures regenerative cycle —planting seeds of intentions, sprouting new growth, blooming into our fullness, shedding with grace, and composting wisdom into fertile ground for what’s to come.
Each day we’ll begin in sacred silence and an intentional morning practice. Working with the day’s theme we’ll guide you into mediation, movement, breath and connection practices. As we sail from island to island, we’ll immerse ourselves in stunning landscapes, pristine waters, and the euphoric sensation of navigating with the elements. We’ll end the day with a restorative practice, tuning in and (re)connecting to our bodies. In this way we’ll create a gentle rhythm that supports us on our personal and collective journey.
Throughout the journey we’ll facilitate group integration and sharing circles where we can reflect on and exchange our experiences and process. We'll nourish ourselves from the inside out, honouring the earth's gifts through intentional cooking and eating. Sharing food together on board is a joyful time of connection between the group and our surroundings as we source our produce as locally as possible.
Sailing allows us to easily come into the present moment. Connected and held by the water day in and day out, we will experience the magic of moving with the wind and explore the beautiful nature of the Dodecanese islands.
Under the guidance of Constance, Ava and Clara will co-facilitate this journey for you, creating a safe space to regenerate, nourish, and return to the joy of embodied presence.
What you will learn
Constance will offer a personal 1 : 1 opening session (online) where you will have the chance to share your wishes and expectations of the retreat and connect to your unique intention for this soul journey. This helps us to create a bespoke offering and prepare a supportive groupfield. Together with Ava and Clara she will welcome you on board for the opening celebration!
Clara will lead daily yoga and embodiment practices. In energising flows we'll connect breath to movement, inviting joy and playfulness into our practice. In restorative yin yoga we’ll find stillness and expansion in our bodies, welcome softness and create space for deep rest. Using our breath to cleanse, activate, balance and soften, we’ll (re)connect the intuitive wisdom of our bodies.
Ava will guide meditations and exercises for connecting more intimately with yourself and nature. Offering daily rituals and practices that honor nature's wisdom and medicine while cultivating a more harmonious relationship with the earth.
Prepare yourself for culinary delights as Ava and Clara infuse their creative passion and deep joy for nourishing others through food into the heart of this experience. With intention and care, they craft vibrant, wholesome meals that honor both our bodies and the earth, transforming cooking into a celebration of connection, sustainability, and heartfelt nourishment.
